REGISTRATION FOR NEW BOUNDARY STUDENTS IN ALL GRADES FOR 2024-2025 (CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR) 

1. Register your student on-line (click Online Registration under resources on the right). If you do not have a computer at home, please come to the school and use our computer to complete the on-line portion of registration.
2. Bring copies of the following documents to school office:
   Student's Birth Certificate
   Student's Immunization Record
   Proof of Address
   Parent Picture I.D.
3. Complete additional registration documents at school.
4. NOTE: It is our practice that new students register no later than 12:00 pm (11:00 am on early dismissal days) one day prior to their first day of school. We want to give your child’s new teacher the opportunity to prepare a desk, a locker, materials, and make other arrangements as necessary. We believe it is important for each new child to be welcomed in the best possible way.

Call the school office at 801-481-4814, to have your student’s name put on the Kindergarten List. 

NEW 1ST -6TH GRADES STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR BOUNDARY STUDENTS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Call the school office at 801-481-4814, to have your student’s name put on the 1st -6th Grade New Student List.
