2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

1. Register your student on-line (click the “Online Registration Application” under Resources on the right hand side of this page).  If you do not have a computer at home, please come to the school and use our computer to complete the on-line portion of registration.

2. Stop by the office to complete some additional registration documents.

3. Bring copies of the following documents with you to the office:

     -Student's Birth Certificate

     -Student's Immunization Record      -Proof of Address

     -Parent Picture I.D.

NOTE:  It is our practice that new students register no later than 1:00 pm (11:00 am on early dismissal days) one day prior to their first day of school.  We want to give your child’s new teacher the opportunity to prepare a desk, a locker, materials, and make other arrangements as necessary.  We believe it is important for each new child to be welcomed in the best possible way.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

WE RECOMMEND WATCHING TWO VIDEOS ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

  1. For information about our school, click on the “Registration Video” link under Resources on the right hand side of this page.

  2. For information about Kindergarten, click on the “Kindergarten Registration Power Point” link under Resources on the right hand side of this page.

TO REGISTER

  1. Call the office at 801-481-4814, ext. 0, to have your student’s name put on the Kindergarten List.  You will then be mailed a registration packet.
  2. Register your student on-line (click the “Online Registration Application” under Resources on the right hand side of this page).  If you do not have a computer at home, computers will be available at school. 
  3. Complete the documents in the registration packet and bring to school.
  4. Also bring copies of the following documents with you to school:
         -Student's Birth Certificate
         -Student's Immunization Record
         -Proof of Address
         -Parent Picture I.D.

NEW 1ST-6TH GRADES STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

  1. For information about our school, click on the “Registration Video” link under Resources on the right hand side of this page.

  1. Call the office at 801-481-4814, ext. 0, to have your student’s name put on the 1st-6th Grade New Student List, and you will be mailed a registration packet.  

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

  1. Re-registration letters will be mailed from the Salt Lake City School District to all active students in late April.Re-registration must be completed by the end of May.

  2. Register your student on-line (click the “Online Registration Application” under Resources on the right hand side of this page) and select REGISTER WITH YOUR STUDENT NUMBER.

  3. If you do not have a computer at home, please come to the school and use our computer to complete on-line registration.
